Shipping policy

At Mr & Mrs B., we're committed to delivering your fragrance with the speed and care it deserves.

Pre-Order: Estimated delivery in 8–10 weeks. This is the time required to prepare your fragrance before it's ready for shipping. At the moment, your fragrance is macerating — the process where the raw ingredients blend and mature to develop their full character — while we finalize the packaging that will house it. We're also being intentionally conservative with this timeline given current sea freight conditions in the region. We continuously work to improve this timeline wherever possible.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship worldwide, with the following exceptions:

South America
Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela

Due to distance and high import taxes on foreign goods, shipping to this region is currently limited. We're actively working to expand our fulfilment network here, and this list is subject to change as we grow.

Remote Territories
Falkland Islands, French Guiana, South Georgia

Regions Subject to International Sanctions
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria

To ensure the quickest possible delivery, orders are dispatched from the warehouse nearest to your shipping address. Our fulfilment network allows us to provide efficient, reliable delivery across all supported regions.

Once your fragrance is ready and in stock at our fulfilment center:

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

We're proud to offer free worldwide shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
