What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order, you secure your purchase ahead of our official fulfilment date.

Payment

All pre-order purchases are charged in full at the time of checkout. Payment is collected immediately to reserve your item.

Estimated Dispatch Time

Pre-order items are expected to be dispatched approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note that all dispatch and delivery dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Production schedules
  • Supplier or manufacturing delays
  • Quality assurance processes
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Shipping and logistics disruptions
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Should a significant delay occur, customers will be notified via email.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may enter production or fulfilment planning and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Shipping

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Mr & Mrs B. offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer where applicable.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and available items, we may ship all items together once the pre-order product becomes available.

Refunds

Pre-order purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
